The Problem

In 2025, New Gold introduced their new company values. The next step was driving awareness and then inspiring employees to internalize and adopt them.

The Solution

Based on true stories from New Gold employees, we created a graphic novel that brought their new values to life. We also created a ‘Playbook’ for managers and leaders to help them immerse their employees in the new values. The ‘Playbook’ contained a library of icons, activities, and other tools that helped bring the values to life.
