The Problem

RBC needed to move beyond standard DEI statements, build a genuine culture of belonging, reignite employee pride, and attract future talent seeking a workplace where they truly belong.

The Solution

C&B launched a multi-channel campaign featuring a 30-second commercial and social cutdowns highlighting key inclusion themes: accessibility, new immigrants skills training, working minority parents, and LGBTQ+ representation. The campaign showcased that colleagues are more than their job titles, inspiring employees and society to embrace diversity on a personal level—all delivered with cinematic craft and seamless editing to maximize engagement.
